Oxygen is a natural, healthy and safe way to improve your condition. A German sports research institute for testing athletes on fitness equipment showed increases of up to 25% when using oxygen. The study also showed an increase of 10-15% in weight loss. But for us medical fetishists, of course, that is not the most important motivator. We do this for the sake of attracting these special games! Now there are 3 possibilities for oxygen therapy. This is the second, the simple oxygen mask, has a little more effect than an oxygen mask. However, due to the constant flow of oxygen that is not retained, it is partly lost because the breathing requires more content than the flow can generate! The mask is placed over the nose and mouth and attached around the head with an elastic band. Administering oxygen with a mask can sometimes lead to irritation of the eyes.

Wij doen dit omwille van de aantrekking van deze bijzondere spelen! Nu zijn er 3 mogelijkheden voor zuurstoftherapie. Dit is de tweede, het simpele zuurstofmasker, heeft al iets meer effect als een zuurstofbril. Echter door de constante flow aan zuurstof die niet wordt vastgehouden gaat deze deels verloren omdat de ademhaling meer inhoud vergt dan de flow kan genereren! Het masker wordt over de neus en de mond geplaatst en rond het hoofd bevestigd met een elastiek. Het toedienen van zuurstof met een masker kan soms leiden tot irritatie van de ogen.
